Everything was great. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The manager was in constant contact with me to make sure everything was going ok and even called in advance of my stay to make sure I was informed of everything. Breakfast was great, the view from the cafe is stunning. Most importantly, the room was clean and in good shape! They even left a piece of cake since it was my birthday. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Perfect location for summer vacation. Very nice pool, not too big but you can choose between getting some sun or get some rest in the shade. Going to the beach is easy and literally 20 steps away. The room is big compering to other TelAviv hotels and renovated.

Amazing stay at crown plaza beach front!!! Me and my mother recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv, and it was truly a amazing time! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and ensured our stay was nothing short of perfect. A special thanks to Lee and Jenny, the managers, who went above and beyond to take care of us and make sure every detail was just right. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made a real difference in our stay. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Nisim at the front desk. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and assisting us with anything we needed. Overall, the service we received at Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv was top-notch, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay !

Wonderful Experience at Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv! We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv as a group of 45 people, and we were blown away by the exceptional service and hospitality. A special shout-out to Lee Abram, who took such great care of us and ensured every detail was perfect throughout our stay. Lee’s dedication and professionalism truly made a difference and helped make our visit memorable. We also want to thank Michael, the kitchen manager, for accommodating our large group and providing such delicious meals. Every meal was thoughtfully prepared and served with a smile, adding to the enjoyment of our time together. Our group had an amazing experience and we wholeheartedly recommend the Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv for both individual and group stays. Great Stay at Crowne Plaza! It’s been such a fantastic experience that what started as a weekend stay has turned into almost a week, and I’m still considering extending further! The hotel offers great amenities and a welcoming atmosphere that makes it hard to leave. A huge thanks to Lee and Jenny, the hotel managers, for taking care of everything I needed and making my stay truly exceptional. Their dedication and attentiveness have made me feel right at home. The hotel is wonderful and it's very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and the staff is extremely helpful. Really everything was perfect. I highly recommend the hotel and their customer service is wonderful. The location is also really perfect.

Excellent location with direct hotel access to the beach, and close to restaurants and cafes. It’s also within walking distance to the city center. We didn’t try the breakfast, but the beds were very comfy, and the room was nice and clean. The staff were kind, efficient, and professional. They upgraded us and allowed a later checkout, which was much appreciated.

Staff very friendly and good client service, I was upgraded to an executive room, recently renovated, right at my arrival, very nice and spacious. Nice and cozy SPA/heated swimming pool/jacuzzi area, I had a very good massage. the jacuzzi water was a bit too hot for me.

Everything was perfect, the location of the hotel, direct access to the beach, view from the balcony to the sea, service outstanding and very personal ( special big thanks to Lea that checked with us on a daily basis how our experience in a hotel and if we are missing something), breakfast was amazing with various dishes. We love everything, definitely will back.
