Staff very friendly and good client service, I was upgraded to an executive room, recently renovated, right at my arrival, very nice and spacious. Nice and cozy SPA/heated swimming pool/jacuzzi area, I had a very good massage. the jacuzzi water was a bit too hot for me.

The location is very convenient. It is at the heart of Tel Aviv, and just a few meters to the sea. The room had a great sea view. It was spacious and well decorated. The bathroom was very clean. House keeping was perfect. Breakfast was impressive. This is a very well maintained hotel. No matter when I visited the restrooms at -1 floor, it looked as if they were very recently cleaned. So, thank you! And thanks also to our wonderful receptionist EDEN, who was very helpful. She addressed all our queries with a very positive attitude, and made us feel at home the moment we set foot in Crowne Plaza... Regards, Lolita & Leon Haleva

The service is impeccable. The entire team offer an exemplary level of attention to every aspect required to ensure an outstanding stay at this wonderful hotel. The location is terrific and especially from the suites, the views across the beach and Ha Yarkon are fabulous. The breakfasts are feasts and offer a full array of culinary dishes to satisfy every taste and dietary requirement.

amazing location (-2 floor you directly access the beach) great renovated rooms enough spaces to store your clothes bottles of water offered every day room service available beach towels available we would really recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a central location and beach stay

We had a brilliant time in the Crown Plaza hotel. I went with my 2 daughters ages 13 & 7 for 2 nights but we feel as though we have been away for a whole week as it was so relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool and beach each day. Also we walked to the port which was really nice, you can walk one way to Jaffa port or the other way to the Namal port along the beach. We ate in the hotel on friday night and it was delicious also the breakfasts were amazing too. So much variety and delicious food choices. The location is fantastic, literally a stones throw from the beach . The staff are so helpful and friendly . The room was modern, clean and very comfortable. Would definitely love to return. Thanks for a brilliant time.

The location is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. the newly remodeled rooms are comfortable. the shower is one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel ever. the elevators are super fast and optimized.

I liked the perfect location, that there were a lot of options for the breakfast that was served, the hotel rooms are very clean, and the staff always assisted us with whatever we needed. The reception and concierge staff were especially helpful, friendly, and kind to us during our stay. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel has a superb location and has direct access on to the beach. The breakfast is excellent. The staff are friendly and provide a great service. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet.
